We're local - by supporting local farmers you are helping to reduce unnecessary transportation - and also helping to sustain the local community and environment.
We use traditional methods - which means real flavour and quality. Our meat is properly and traditionally hung to ensure full, superb flavour and succulence.
We care about the welfare of our livestock - we make sure that our animals are happy. We make sure that transportation of our animals is kept to a minimum, keeping the animals where they are happiest, in their natural environment.
We have a great range of 'mouthwatering' traditionally reared meats - Our current range includes a variety of fresh joints and cuts of: Sussex Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Turkey , Ducks and Geese (at Christmas) and Wild Venison (when in season).
Our traditionally reared meat comes from extensive systems that favour older breeds, traditional rotations and low inputs.
